RQT's one to one personal training is for people who want a personalised approach to fitness coaching. I specialise in working with my clients to create long lasting habits that help them to achieve their fitness goals.
I am a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast with a track record for delivering life-changing, sustainable results.
I always aim to work with your abilities, lifestyle and personal needs in mind meaning my training plans are realistic and achievable.
I want to help you to achieve whatever goals you have in mind, whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, stamina improvement, injury management or a complete lifestyle change.
RQT's one to one coaching service is the best way to achieve your fitness goals in a fast but sustainable way.
My personal training sessions are currently available in Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding areas, and can either be based from the comfort of your own home or a local park.

MEET THE TRAINER
Let's start with the boring bit; I have just over 9 years of experience as a personal trainer, graduating in advanced personal training, nutrition programming, anatomy & physiology in 2012.
Since then, I have had a wealth of experience in training everybody from athletes in rugby and boxing, to busy mums and city workers in London. I help people to achieve the body they want and create new, sustainable and long lasting habits that get results long-term.
My approach to fitness is a little more relaxed in the fact that I won't expect you to eat chicken and broccoli for breakfast lunch and dinner. I believe life is to be enjoyed, and your fitness and nutrition plan should fit in to your day to day life, making the plan more enjoyable and easy to stick to. I can get you to where you want to be without having to make too many sacrifices.

Can I train with a friend?
Yes, and this is a great way to work towards your goals (and also save some money on training). Working out with a friend can also be more fun, and help to keep you motivated.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on a number of factors, which we can discuss in more detail. Once you enquire, I can provide you with the full cost breakdown.
How long will the sessions be?
Sessions usually last between 30 minutes up to an hour depending on your goals and lifestyle.
How many sessions will I have in a week?
This is really up to you but the maximum number of sessions I would recommend in a week would be three. Rest days are important!
Do you do meal plans?
Yes, I would always recommend having a meal plan alongside your training plan if you want to see real results. I aim to make my clients' meal plans as non-restrictive as possible, taking into account your preferences, lifestyle and fitness goals. The plan is to help you to achieve a lasting lifestyle change rather than a quick fix, so having a sustainable diet plan is vital. I don't do crash diets!
Where will the sessions take place?
Sessions can take place either in the comfort of your own home or in a local park, whichever you prefer. I believe that getting out into the outdoors (when weather allows) makes training more fun and can really add to the mental health benefits. I will bring all the necessary equipment to you so you just need to show up and be ready to train!
