Nutritional Programming

Module 1 is about understanding your nutritional requirements and how food fuels the body. This will be a deep dive into your own goals, and setting your nutrition up whilst giving you an understanding of the role that protein, carbs, fat and calories play in achieving your goals. You will also learn how to incorporate flexible dieting, so you do not have to restrict your food to extreme levels. This should set you up for long-term success, rather than a quick fix.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Module 2 is about programming your training, and understanding the role of strength training and cardio. You will also get a better understanding of anatomy and physiology, helping you to develop your knowledge on fitness training and what works best for you.

FORMING HABITS AND ROUTINE

Module 3 is about time management, scheduling your training around your work life and creating a work-life-exercise balance that works best for you. You will also get an understanding of how factors such as sleep and stress affect performance, and how to manage this properly

MEET THE TRAINER

Let's start with the boring bit; I have just over 9 years of experience as a personal trainer, graduating in advanced personal training, nutrition programming, anatomy & physiology in 2012. 

Since then, I have had a wealth of experience in training everybody from athletes in rugby and boxing, to busy mums and city workers in London.

My approach to fitness is a little more relaxed in the fact that I won't expect you to eat chicken and broccoli for breakfast lunch and dinner. I believe life is to be enjoyed, and your fitness and nutrition plan should fit in to your day to day life, making the plan more enjoyable and easy to stick to.

What happens if I want to cancel?





What equipment will I need?


Your plan will be tailored depending on whether you'd prefer to train at home, in the gym or a mixture of both. For all plans you will need the following equipment so we can track progress: - Tape measure - Weighing scales If you plan to train from home you will also need: - Set of dumbbells, we can discuss what weight will be right for you - A decent set of resistance bands, you can purchase these from my shop (there's a 25% discount for my clients!) - Yoga mat




How much support will I get?


You can message me anytime you need over Whatsapp whether you want to ask a question, check your form or get a bit of motivation! As part of the plan, you'll also get a 1-1 weekly catch up call with me which will include: - Weigh in - Measurements - Progress review You'll also get a monthly 1-1 in-depth progress review which will include: - A more detailed discussion about your progress - Updated exercise plan - Macronutrients review - Goal review and setting




How often will I be expected to train?


This really depends on your goals and lifestyle but ideally you should be training between 3 to 5 times per week (making sure to leave time for rest days!). Each session will last between 30 minutes to an hour. If you have a specific requirement that you'd like to discuss then feel free to get in touch and I will do my best to help.
